Alese Semingson joined Morrison Street Capital in 2023.  In her role as Operations Associate, Ms. Semingson assists the Fund Controller with various accounting processes including accounts payable, journal entries and bank reconciliations.  She assists the Chief Compliance Officer with the company’s compliance process and procedures as well as day-to-day operations of the company.  Ms. Semingson also performs various duties related to the servicing of the company’s loan portfolio including billings, loan payment collection, tax payment tracking, ordering and reviewing property inspections and insurance monitoring.

Previously, Ms. Semingson worked as an Accounting Specialist at Collins Pine Company. In this role, she managed the daily cash application of payments and the daily cash reconciliation process, managed the account collections and various other AP/AR duties.

Ms. Semingson attended Gonzaga University with a focus in International Relations and Spanish.
