Jack Kelly joined Morrison Street Capital in 2023.  Located in the firm’s New York office, he is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting and due diligence of new investments for the Morrison Street Funds.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Kelly was employed by Arbor Realty Trust where he assisted in the underwriting of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Arbor CMBS multifamily loans.  Mr. Kelly began his career as a Research Associate with CoStar Group managing a portfolio of over 150 commercial brokers and owners in the Boston and Providence real estate market, assisting clients with research.

Mr. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston College.
