Radey Ith serves as the Vice President of Finance and Accounting for Morrison Street Capital. For the past 18 years he has been responsible for investor reporting, portfolio financial analysis, hedging and cash flow forecasting for the Morrison Street Funds.

Mr. Ith began his career in 1998 in commercial real estate accounting and financial analysis. He has extensive knowledge of accounting procedures in all phases of both cash and accrual accounting. Previously, Mr. Ith served as an Investment Accountant for Schnitzer Northwest, LLC. He was responsible for every stage of the property management accounting process, including preparation of financial statements, performing variance analyses and cash flow forecasting, and completing annual budgets. Prior to working for Schnitzer NW, Mr. Ith was an accountant at Trammell Crow Co., an international commercial real estate services firm. During his five years with Trammell Crow, Mr. Ith worked closely with the property management, development, brokerage and corporate departments. He ensured the fiduciary integrity of property management accounts, utilized proforma analysis on development projects, and assisted in monthly and annual forecasting. He also analyzed and reconciled GL accounts on the corporate financial statements.

Mr. Ith received a bachelor’s degree in Accounting at Portland State University.
